A Paper Street offers full-service leasing and property management for single family residences, and multi-family and commercial properties for the entirety of your tenant’s lease.
Our clients receive 3-months free property management upon signing a lease, with a 7% yearly commission for our services. We ask you to sign a one-month exclusive agreement and we charge a flat-rate, one-time fee of $1000.
We bring a new approach to property management with an in-house General Contracting and Maintenance Team, exclusively for our clients. This added-value, ensures that your property is always taken care of while your tenants are happy. All emergency maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours for a flat rate of $40/hour + materials. We do not charge a rush service fee. All other issues are handled within 3-5 business days.
If outside vendors are needed, our Rolodex ensures the highest-quality of work at below-market prices. Landlords can choose to have a retainer on file for these services or invoiced on 15-day net terms. Rent collection is offered, however direct deposit to landlords and payment via property management portals can be built into the leasing agreement at the time of contract execution.
